You know, I’m the third generation of herbalist in my family and for some reason neither my mom nor my grandmother thought of trying to smoke valerian.
It’s probably bad that I want to try that now.
reminds me of the time we had bought a guinea pig who had lived on rabbit food pellets (which come with bunny immune system boosters) in the pet shop. We feared that he would be the first to go in our little zoo, but he was the one to last the longest. Mind you, he had lived with rabbits too. hmm…
Smoking some herbs? Better than smoking some other things (like tar).
